The workshop and Conference was held on 3rd and 4th November 2007 respectively. The State Conference of Ear, Nose and Throat specialists of Orissa State was also duly inaugurated by Sri B N Singh the Managing Director of Rourkela Steel Plant on 3rd evening at Rourkela Club.
