A few old copies of "Proceedings of Ispat General Hospital" can still be found in IGH Library. The last such magazine was probably published some 3 decades or more ago. With time, priorities have changed but with IGH now going ahead with post-graduate training courses in different disciplines in the form of Diplomate of National Board(DNB), the Director I/C always wanted to revive the house journal and rightly Dr. RN Mohapatra, Neuro-surgeon was chosen to edit the journal. In a solemn function on 20th September 2011, the Journal was released by Shri S N Singh, CEO, RSP.
Shri S S Mohanty ED (P&A), Shri S S Verma ED (Projects), Shri S. Shekar ED (Works) were also present at the occasion.

Vote of thanks was given by Dr. B. B. Rao (DMHS),
