Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru visited this hospital. It must be a great occasion then. Other photos were probably taken sometimes in the seventies. Old-timers may be able to recognise them all.

This photograph was made available to Dr. SK Mishra by an old stalwart Dr. JB Mitra who joined this hospital in 1962. According to Dr. Mitra, IGH started functioning in its current place in 1959. And doctors from Germany also used to work as a good number of Germans used to work for the plant. This photograph was taken sometimes in 1962-63. Dr. Mitra has been able to identify most of the doctors by name- list given below.
