After 35 years of distinguished services Dr. Prafulla Kumar Parida is to retire on 30th of April. In a warm farewel function in OT-II his contrmporary Dr. Mihir K Das makes a point and Dr. S C Patra and Dr. Parida(left) sit on the dias.
