After 35 years of distinguished services Dr. Prafulla Kumar Parida is to retire on 30th of April. In a warm farewel function in OT-II his contrmporary Dr. Mihir K Das makes a point and Dr. S C Patra and Dr. Parida(left) sit on the dias.

Dr. Snajib touched upon his subject in a very lucid style and was very much appreciated by the composite fraternity in IGH. As a token of memory a memento is being presented to him by our Director Dr. D N Mohapatra.

Dr. Sanjib Das Adhikary, a lecturer in Anaesthesia from CMC, Vellore alking on Obstetrical Analgesia in IGH Library on 25th April 2006. Dr. Adhikary is from our town and he has maintained a very cordial relationship with our anaesthetists in IGH.
