Dr. DB Sahoo headed the department of skin & vd when he superannuated from IGH in 2005. He passed away in Bhubaneswar on 23rd March 2013 in Apollo Hospital because of heart problems.
It was a befitting farewel on the part of colleagues to pray for the departed soul on World Leprosy Day celebrations in IGH on30th March 2013.

Memorandum of Understanding Signed

A MOU was signed today to continue the research work in Malaria between MORU( Mahidol-Oxford Research Unversity), Bankok and Ispat General Hospital.Dr. Arjen Dondrop and Dr. Saroj K Mishra signed the MOU. Dr. BB Rao, Director was also present.
